Dr. Carmel Moazez is a General Cardiologist who moved back home to give back to her Vegas community. She began her academic journey with an undergraduate degree from UCLA, followed by her medical training at the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix. With a passion for internal medicine, she completed her residency at Creighton University-Maricopa Hospital in Phoenix, further specializing in cardiology through a fellowship at the University of New Mexico.

Bringing a wealth of experience from her tenure at Kaiser West Los Angeles, Dr. Moazez’s expertise spans various facets of cardiology, with a keen focus on heart failure, women’s health, and nutrition. Her dedication to advancing patient care is evident through her proficiency in echocardiography, including transesophageal echocardiography, a vital diagnostic tool in cardiology.

Beyond her clinical pursuits, Dr. Moazez finds joy in a diverse array of hobbies. She is an avid ballet enthusiast, finding solace and inspiration in the graceful movements of dance and has recently started training in Latin dancing as well. Her culinary skills extend beyond the realm of medicine, as she delights in experimenting with new recipes and flavors in the kitchen. Additionally, Dr. Moazez nurtures her musical talent through playing the piano, finding both relaxation and creativity in the harmonies of classical music.
