He currently leads Medical Systems Management (MSM), helping businesses scale, optimize, and prepare for high-value mergers and acquisitions.

An expert in healthcare roll-ups, Dr. Bady has consolidated Ophthalmology clinics, Urgent Care centers, Primary care centers, Plastic Surgery, Ambulatory Surgery centers and Pain Management practices, as well as built a $25 million annual revenue cannabis business empire.
